    This was a really good and simple recipe. I lightly covered with aluminum foil for the first 20 minutes. After I put the brown sugar amd butter mixture on I covered again with foil and cooked for 30 minutes. I left uncovered for about 5 minutes. I also put aluminum foil on the baking sheet that I used for easy clean up.
