- 70 grams mee (pok, I bought Fortune brand from NTUC)
- 12 fishballs (you can also add meat balls, chilli fishballs, fried wanton, etc)
- 1 handful beansprouts
- spring onions (chopped)
- lettuce leaves
- 6 mushrooms (dried chinese, washed and soaked in 300ml room temperature water overnight, then sliced at an angle)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 300 mL liquid (reserved mushroom)
- 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 150 grams minced pork (or chicken)
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. oil (I just used olive oil)
- 2 tsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. chilli sauce (you can use whatever brand of sweet chilli sauce)
- 1 tsp. chilli (sambal, I used Sing Long’s Sambal Chilli Prawn. Picture below.)
- 1 tsp. black chinese vinegar
- 3 tsp. stock (from boiling minced pork, see step 2)
