Description
A delicious recipe for Baja Style Chicken, very little oil is needed making this a healthy alternative. It always comes out moist and the flavors are balanced.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts (skin removed and boneless)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- salt (to taste)

Directions
- Marinade the chicken overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. To make the marinade, place all the ingredients in a zip bag big enough to hold the chicken. Make sure the chicken is well coated with all the spices and oil. Place the bag of chicken in the refrigerator and marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
- To bbq, turn on bbq for 15 minutes prior to using, place chicken on the grill and cook for 7-9 minutes, flip and cook an additional 7-9 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and you see no more pink (my photo shows the uncooked chicken on the grill, you want to cook it until the meat is all white).
- I served my chicken on top of lettuce with balanced green beans, scallions and a light dressing. You can serve it as a meal as well! Enjoy!!!

This turned out delicious. The only reason I give it a 4 and not a 5 is bc the ingredients can’t b right. There’s not enough olive oil and the mixture was clumpy so I had to add more and then some more of the other ingredients to “take” the olive oil. Also, I made this in the air fryer at 250 degrees for 25min (I tried 15min but it was raw on the inside). I will make again.
