YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM! Hubby, Keith, loved it! I also added a ton more Bailey's than was called for!!!! And, more chocolate chips, always. :)

Wonderful very tasty and light
I used a whole bag of white chocolate chips vs the 1 cup in the recipe

These are excellently fluffy. I can really taste the Bailey's. They are a bit dry, but I may have left them in the oven a few minutes too long.

WOW, a Great St. Patty's Day treat!!
I added Heath Bits instead of white chocolate chunks, and I added an extra Tlbs. of Bailey's (why not) and I used brewed strong coffee, but the results were delicious. I did follow comments about baking/cooling times. Thanks! ☘

The cookies were wonderfully thick chewy. I added pecans to half the batch, to provide some crunch and additional flavor. These cookies are wonderfully chocolatey, and not too sweet. I recommend baking them the full 10 minutes and cooling on the sheet for at least two minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Reminded me of a chocolate cake cookie. I would at least double the instant coffee, as you can't taste any coffee flavor. Also cant taste the Bailey's.

A rich cookie with a predominate taste of Irish cream. Recommend putting in less the 6 tbsp of Irish cream. Overall pretty good!

i did not have baileys cream so i used Silk almond cashew milk and creamer mix, also i had to use a tblspoon of liquid premaid coffee, because i dont have instant powder. added chia seeds, pecans. Delicious!
