I lucked out and had friends that had worked at a bagelry in the past to give assistance. While they tasted amazing, they weren’t uniform. Easier to roll dough into a long smooth snake, cut into 4 pieces, and make loops. Will definitely do this next time!

My bagels were flat but delicious. When I picked them up to put in the hot water they deflated. Will keep practicing
