- 1 English cucumber (or baby)
- 4 oz. lox (ripped into pieces)

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. garlic (dried, minced, can use fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. white onion (dehydrated, minced, can use fresh)
- 2 tsp. dill (minced, plus more for garnish)
- 1/2 lemon
- salt (to taste)
