- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups milk (Half and half)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- sugar (as per taste, I add 6 tbsp.)
- 2 Tbsp. milk powder
- 20 almonds
- 20 pistachio
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop chocolate and vanilla ice cream (each)
- 1/2 waffle cone (crumbled)
- caramel sauce (As needed, / Fudge sauce)
- whipped cream (As Needed)
- maraschino cherries (As Needed)
- chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 slices mango (nice sweet)
- 2 Oreo cookies (or Nilla wafers or any cookies.)
- 4 Tbsp. red curry paste
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 1/2 zucchini (chopped)
- 1/2 capsicum (red and green, chopped)
- 3 button mushroom (chopped)
- 3 water chestnuts (and bamboo shoots)
- 3 string beans (chopped)
- soya sauce (As per taste)
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar (or plain vinegar)
- 1/4 cup barley (soaked)
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup masoor dal (each orange, chana dal, toover dal)
- 3 Tbsp. masala (readymade Haleem)
- 2 red onion
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup soya (nuggets, if you want you can use granules too)
