    Best risotto ever! I seasoned it with parsley, rosemary and thyme and used pancetta instead of bacon, but excellent recipe!

    It was delicious. Added small bits of sweet potato, peas and chorizo. Be mindful of the salt in the stock (and or bacon). Definitely added to my favorites.

    Delicious! I added a few tablespoons of butter at the end to make it creamier ...It tasted like a dish from a restaurant.
