Just ok. The hash browns need seasoning themselves and the bacon on top is clunky.

It was great—this time I replaced 1/2 cup cheddar with pepper jack. Did not make it too spicy but gave it a gentle “kick”. Have made this recipe several times and it always turns out good.

Very good! Had a little too much potato for my liking. Will definitely make this again adding chopped onion, maybe another egg. Ham & mushroom or sausage and spinach would be good in this as well.

I added sausage and ham. i excluded the green onions. It turned out great. I also used Velveeta cheese instead of mild cheddar cheese. I will definitely make it again.

Doubled recipe and cooked in a 9”x13” dish. Turned out very good and liked by all.

I added green pepper, onion and spinach! Garlic and smoked paprika! Came out good

It was ok. A little bland for my tastes. Will add some spice next time and cook it a little longer. My potatoes were on the crunchy side.

Pretty good! I doubled the recipe and made in a 9X13 dish (had to increase the cooking time to 45 min). I mixed shredded cheese in with the egg mixture and didn’t add the bacon until the last step. Sausage crumbles and mushrooms would be good in this - or even a jar of salsa for some extra kick. Overall a good base recipe that can easily be customized based on your own preference.

It turned out really yummy, I added hash browns on the bottom with green onions and pepper jack cheese, added pepper jack cheese to the top with sliced tomatoes.

I made this exactly according to the directions. I will definitely make it again! I want to try adding some cheese into the mixture next time, as well as more green onions because I love them. I also think next time I will try sausage or ham. I like that there are a lot of options of things you can add to this.

It tasted great! For personal preference, I would mix some cheese in with the eggs, milk, and hash browns before cooking next time.

This is amazing! I substituted ham in place of bacon and it was excellent. I had to bake for 40 minutes instead of 30. Definitely will make over and over again.
