- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 8 hot dogs (good quality, I used Ball Park Angus Beef Bun Sized Franks)
- 2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (sliced and then cut into thin strips)
- 16 slices bacon (precooked, I used Jimmy Dean fully cooked hickory smoke bacon)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 8 hot dog buns
