To die for! I started with my cast iron skillet, got it hot, added my oil and about 3 or 4 minced cloves of garlic, let those cook a second till they were really fragrant, put in the medallions, added 2 pats of butter and a healthy sprinkle of rosemary! Added so much flavor! 10 out of 10 will make again!
