i had three tenderloins and used a whole pound of bacon, ran out of soy sauce so i subbed an extra half cup of water, extra pinch of salt and another quarter cup of brown sugar.
i figured since the recipe called for two tenderloins and i had three,i would add ten minutes to the cook time but i should've stuck to 45 minutes. Still super tasty though.
will definitely use the perforating trick again.
recommend occasionally basting the meat during cooking

This was excellent!!! The whole family loved it including my 5,4 and 2 year old girls!! I didn't modify anything it was great!!
