This worked out amazing, I used 1lb ground venison 1lb venison sausage (because that’s what we have) red peppers and I toasted 2 slices of honey wheat bread and chopped instead of bread crumbs, I go a little heavy handed with seasonings, adding some garlic powder and onion powder, but the sauce recipe is spot on! I added the bourbon, wow, nice kick! Keeping this one!
