Second time making this and it was amazing again. This time trippled the recipe and the whole family loved it for 4th of July!! It's a favorite around here now.

Amazing!! I seasoned my chicken a little more than just salt and pepper, I used garlic sriracha and such to add some more flavor. I also used turkey bacon instead of normal, turned out great!!

This is my second time making this recipe and I love how easy it is to prep ahead of time. Both times, I have used thick sliced bacon both times and this is a mistake.

I wouldn't change the recipe except for the time. 40 minutes were perfect for me.

Very good however I baked it for 30 minutes at 400 degrees(on a rack). Bacon wasn’t fully cooked on the bottom and I wasn’t confident that the chicken was completely done. Time definitely varies!

i baked then broiled this and it was so juicy and full of flavor! i should have seasoned the chicken a bit more, and i used uncured bacon which i LOVED. also made with these honey garlic carrots that i will definitely be making again. https://cafedelites.com/honey-garlic-butter-roasted-carrots/

So easy. Very good. Little tricky bring the chicken cooked without destroying the bacon, just be patient.

My family loved it!! My husband is not a fan of heat so I left the peppers out of his but added extra for me and mom....I baked it for half an hour at 375, then 450 for about 10 mins but the bacon did not cook all around so I fried in a pan until bacon was crispy on all sides...Next time I will fry all sides of bacon first, then bake at 375 for half an hour.

Easy and delicious!!!! i used green peppers and red peppers instead with jalapeño cheese because of the sensitive mouths in my family :-) but came out amazing!!

This recipe was so good, but so spicy! Very simple and easy to follow recipe and I, for sure, will be making this again! Because of the cheese and bacon, the chicken really didn't need to be seasoned all that much. I used jalapeño peppers and it was so delicious, but so spicy. If you're a fan of spicy food, make this with jalapeño peppers!
