i added provolone cheese in the middle of them and half a pepper on half some because some of my family like it spicey, and didnt have enough bacon so i used i for each and still came out great

My wife made this for dinner. She said this was really easy to make, so that earns something for a week day meal. Overall, the dish was solid. I would probably add something else as a stuffing to the chicken. Possibly green chile and cheese or something. The dish as is had a good flavor. The bacon is what makes it.
