Have made several times, always turns out great! I use 2 diced jalapeños instead of green onions for the filling to add a little more flavor. I also season the chicken with salt and pepper after wrapping in bacon. Definitely recommend broiling for the last few minutes to crisp the bacon, makes a difference.

Easy and delicious! I seasoned the breasts with s/p, and added a bit (maybe a couple of tablespoons) of finely chopped spinach and artichoke hearts to the cheese/green onion mixture. Served it over quinoa and peas. Everyone enjoyed it.

This was really good. I did add Stubbs bbq sauce as a glaze and it paired really well.

This was a really good base recipe for me and then I just doctored it up. I added cooled down carmelized onions and a hint of cayenne pepper to the mixture also a lot of my favorite seasonings to the chicken and topped with Kinder’s garlic barbecue sauce. This was a hit!! My peeps already asked when can I make it again.

Family loved it! Asked that I make it again soon. I think I will add a section of jalapeño nto the roll to kick up the spice next time.

It turned out beautifully! Next time I will tuck the chicken better, because a lot of the cheese mixture came out during cooking. But otherwise delicious!

Super good. I didn’t use pepper jack though due to me being the only one that would of ate it. I use Italian blend and topped it with fresh mozzarella at the end

It was delicious. I added roasted brussell sprouts and potatoes on the side. We also used red pepper jelly to spice it up.

This recipe is incredible, I really like the taste and it’s so easy to make. I added my fav seasoning to the chicken and I also mixed cream cheese with parsley and bacon. I’ll definitely make it again.

This recipe is one of our favorites. Over time, we have made a few changes like adding our own seasonings to the chicken and cooking it at a higher temperature. The chicken was never fully cooked when the timer went off, so we went a few degrees higher and it worked out. It's a great recipe and is always delicious and filling. It goes great with different veggies and salads, too.

Tasted ok. Not enough seasoning for my liking. I will make it again but I’ll be sure to season the chicken before I wrap and bake it.

Loved it! The chicken was really moist and tasty. My boyfriend loved it also. I did not have pepper jack cheese so I used mozzarella and that worked fine.

First time making this recipe and ever stuffing chicken! It turned out great even with those things considered. Will definitely be making again!

It was super greasy and bland in flavor. I think maybe cooking the bacon halfway maybe before putting it on would be better..

I was a little intimidated to make this since I’m pretty new to cooking, but it was surprisingly easy! A little bit of work to prepare (definitely use toothpicks to secure the bacon around the chicken) but it was worth it!! Tasted like a dream, everyone in the family LOVED it. Will make again!

My trial run was messy but very tasty. It will look much better when I get a chance to do it with toothpicks and have my broil setting correct. Very fast prep and super easy. Loved it!
