Was easy to make and pretty good, added thyme with the parsley mixture as well. I think next time I would use a BBQ seasoning rub on the outside of the chicken breast or something as it needed more than just salt and pepper. The kids liked it though, so will probably make it again at some point.

Really tasty & super easy recipe. Did add some spinach & garlic but followed the rest as instructed and it turned out great.

It's an awesome recipe. I've changed it a little (I stuff it with mashrooms, spinach, cheese and some butter). It's absolutely delicious! ❤

i pounded the chicken breasts flat between cling wrap. i used the mushrooms and onions plus some galric and for cheese i used a mix of parmigiano, cheddar, and mozzarella. turned put great.

delicious! but i had to crisp the bacon in a pan after baking. So worth the extra step!

Easy to make, but lacked flavor if made according to recipe. Next time I’ll use poultry seasoning or dried ranch on chicken for better taste
