- 1 yellow onion (medium, diced)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 12 oz. Dr. Pepper Soda (Original)
- 3 oz. tomato paste
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 chili pepper (chipotle)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- cracked pepper (couple good pinches fresh)
- 12 Tbsp. unsalted butter (1-1/2 sticks, melted)
- 2 Ritz Crackers (sleeves, crushed into crumbs)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (very finely diced)
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion (very finely)
- 2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. bacon (cut in half, so, 1 slice bacon for every 2 shrimp)
- 2 lb. shrimp (very large or "colossal", shells removed with tails left on, deveined and butterflied)
