I love this recipe! I have tweaked it to my taste through the years. I add a can of rotel instead of the grape tomatoes. I cut the mayo to 2/3 cup and add a 2/3 cup of sour cream. I don’t drain the rotel so I usually don’t need to add any milk. I also add a couple of generous shakes of Tajin.
