Easy to make and cheaper than store bought was a little sticky I used bacon bits and left it in a bowl plus used extra seasoning and more extra sharp cheddar

I made these cheese balls slightly different, I used the 160z of cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of cooked and finely chopped bacon plus 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce. Rolled the mixture into small balls and then rolled the balls in a mixture of finely diced chives and parley. They are simply and delicious.
