    doesn't keep well. I'd recommend not refrigerating longer than 1 night. but other than that, it's a great mix of meat and vegetable

    I think it's more trouble than it's worth. I'll go back to just cutting the squash in half lengthwise and serving with butter and salt.

    This dish is delicious. However, I browned ground turkey and mixed it in. SO GOOD!
