It was really better than expected. The idea of cutting the squash on the radius worked very well.

doesn't keep well. I'd recommend not refrigerating longer than 1 night. but other than that, it's a great mix of meat and vegetable

I think it's more trouble than it's worth. I'll go back to just cutting the squash in half lengthwise and serving with butter and salt.

Was great! I love spaghetti squash. I also love to bake the seeds with butter and season salt. Yum
