- 8 oz. rice noodles (Pancit Bijon, vermicelli, Orchids brands is what I used for this recipe and the tutorial video)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 oz. yellow onion (Approximately ½ of large or 1 medium size.)
- 5 oz. green cabbage
- 3 oz. carrot (Approximately 1 medium size)
- 3 slices thick cut bacon
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (regular thin soy sauce or light soy sauce)
- green onion (Chopped, optional)
- 2 hard boiled eggs (cut into halves, optional)
