awesome!!!! needs a liitle spice to counteract the sweetness maybe some diced jalapeños with the onions

Okay so I’m gonna sound like a total weirdo but I loved this on toast. I made it and put it on buttered toast with a sausage patty and smushed that into a heavenly breakfast Sammy. This is a delightful recipe. Keeps for about a week if refrigerated!
