I didn’t necessarily follow the recipe to a T. I browned frozen hash brown in a pan with turkey bacon (just enough to thaw). I put it in a greased round pan topped with green onions, mild cheddar, then cracked an egg in the middle. After that I popped it in the oven for as long as I wanted my egg to cook (I like slightly runny). Also served with sautéd spinach.
