I used about 2 lbs fresh Brussels (quartered), 1 T oil, 2 T balsamic, 2 T garlic, dash of cayenne Mix. Spread on sheet pan Top with 4 slices thick slices bacon (diced) Roasted at 350 for 40 minutes - shifted to very top shelf for last ten minutes perfect

It has lots of great flavor. My family really enjoyed it. Everyone wants me to make it again. The recipe was easy to make. Already had all items on hand.
