- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Sugar in the Raw
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar in the Raw
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup bacon fat
- 1 1/2 cups caramel corn
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbles (cooked)

Directions
- Cut bread and let sit out overnight to dry
- In a bowl whisk together all of the pudding ingredients (3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 Sugar in the Raw) except the butter and fold in dry bread, let sit for 15 min
- Prepare chimney with charcoal, or pre-heat half of the grill if doing gas, dump out coals on one side for indirect heating method, replace grill grate.
