A great recipe. They rose fantastically. I did a triple cheese (feta, blue cheese and cheddar), bacon, spinach version with garlic, chili and spring onion. I added a bit of melted garlic butter. They were a hit! 269 cals per muffin though.

Super easy to make. I used curry powder instead of mustard and I was delicious. Will def make again.
