Turned out pretty good, but should be cooked longer than eight minutes if you preheat the oven to 375

Tastes how you imagine eggs and bacon would taste, but the eggs get a more bacon-like flavor from baking them with the bacon. Mine turned out just like the photo. Spray the pan, wrap pre-cooked bacon around the edge of the muffin tin, and crack an egg in the center it's that easy. My younger kid sister likes these a lot too

I don't like my eggs over easy so I scrambled them and added cheese. They were really good. They don't look anything like the picture. The eggs overflowed so it was more like a piece of bacon inside the egg round. Next time though, I'd get thicker bacon to see if that would hold the egg in better.
