- 1 whole chicken (1 store-bought rotisserie)
- 8 cups dandelion greens (washed well and chopped up, Note: You can leave them in whole leaves, but they’re tougher to the taste. Also, feel free to substitute another green like watercress, arugula, spinach, etc.)
- 1/4 cup bacon drippings
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (water will also work)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 lemon juice (and zest)
- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 roasted chicken (store bought)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese (grated)
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds (fresh)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
