  • 2 boneless pork chops (approximately 1.5 inches thick, note: I used a Smithfield Boneless Loin, cut it into individual chops to my desired thickness, then froze the unused chops for later use)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (note: the mayonnaise acts as a binding agent for the bacon crust while also adding extra moisture as the chops grill)

    It was really good! A little time consuming to make but good!

    Fabulous ! I even put Italian bread crumbs in with the chopped bacon to kinda take away from the mayo and it was excellent!!
