- 8 slices bacon (note: I used Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon)
- 2 boneless pork chops (approximately 1.5 inches thick, note: I used a Smithfield Boneless Loin, cut it into individual chops to my desired thickness, then froze the unused chops for later use)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (note: the mayonnaise acts as a binding agent for the bacon crust while also adding extra moisture as the chops grill)
- 2 Tbsp. rub seasoning (your favorite BBQ dry)

Good flavor would make again next time I would marinate the chos first to increase tenderness
