A deceptively simple meal made with ingredients around the kitchen.
Ingredients

- 3 stalks celery
- 12 mini sweet peppers (or 3 regular size)
- 2 1/2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 28 oz. andouille sausage (not johnsonville)
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 lb. bacon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (I prefer Tony Chacherre's)
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 14.5 oz. stewed tomatoes (Dei Fratelli)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce (Dei Fratelli)
- 16 oz. frozen okra
- 1 1/2 tsp. file powder (ground)
- salt (to taste)
- 7 cups water (or less depending on desired thickness)

Directions
- Slice the bacon into inch wide pieces and cook partially through. Draining half ofr all of grease
- Cube breasts into small dice sized chunks
- Slice up sausages
