Cook time is WAY off. If you add up the minimum listed times it’s 25. The high ones are 31. That doesn’t include the time to cook 12 pieces of bacon or get the liquid to a boil. That’s 20 minutes right there, at least. And the potatoes and veggies need the high side of time to soften and build flavors.
Don’t use the 4th cup of stock no matter what, makes it way too thin. Kills the cheese flavor too. Not
a bad soup overall.
Garnish with some chopped tomatoes for a little extra punch.
