Made for brunch and was enjoyed by all. Added spinach when cooking eggs and since only had brats and 3 cheese sausage, added cooked bacon slice to mixture. Suggest very low temp when stove top cooking eggs and reduced broiler time to 3 minutes. Served with red grapes and mimosas.
