Tweeked the recipe a little. Added a cup of karo syrup cooked to 300 degees. added bacon and a tsp of baking soda. it is like peanut brittle and very tasty 😍

My attempt didn't come out like the pic. It never hardened up, though I cooked for exact time, and followed other directions as well. It was just a gooey mess
