It turned out pretty good but next time I’d bake the bacon, crush it into crunchy bits and add it at the end. Maybe even use the fat to cook with the cabbage. Making it the way the directions read left the bacon a little too wet for my taste. Otherwise, the flavors paired very nicely together. I sautéed onion before adding anything else. I love the flavor of onion with cabbage. Great combination. Thanks for sharing!
