- 1 orange (my favorite is cara cara, similar to a blood orange)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce (or Bragg's Amino Acids)
- 1 garlic cloves (crushed or minced)
- 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger (fresh grated, or 1/2 teaspoon powder)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil

This salad was so tasty and such a refreshing change from romaine, spinach, kale or iceberg lettuce. The dressing was light but flavourful, loved the impact of fresh ginger and garlic.
