- 7 curry leaves (kadi patta)
- 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/4 tsp. red chili powder (lal mirch powder - add as required, for a spicy taste add ½ teaspoon)
- 1 tsp. sambar powder
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped, dhania patta)
