- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- salt

- 5 cups baby kale (organic, or arugula, baby spinach, field greens, frisée, endive, etc.)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 pomegranate
- 3/4 cup seeds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed, plus some fresh orange zest)
- 2 Tbsp. champagne vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
