- 1 packet baby corn (fresh, cut in half lengthways, you can substitute one)
- 1 can baby corn
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 handful snow peas
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chilli sauce
- 1/2 tofu (a packet, cut in squares*)
- tofu (is sold in packets of about 300g - use as much or as little as you like.)
