Amazing! We eat at a Chinese Street Food place and this tasted a lot like the Monday special we go there for! Highly recommended!

I made as written except for cooking the onions, garlic and ginger together to soften prior to adding a cheesecloth bundle of cinnamon and star anise. I added extra garlic chili sauce table side and enjoyed the pronounced cinnamon flavour and found it easy to put together. I will make it again.
