- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (or ricotta)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sour Cream (or creme fraiche)

- 1 grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. currants (plumped in)
- 2 Tbsp. rum (or cognac for 1/2 hour)
