Holy goodness this was ridiculously delicious! I followed the recipe to the T (except I added a little cayenne to up the spice), marinated 2 lbs of chicken breast tenderloins in a gallon ziploc for 6 hours. Baked em at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping at the last 10 minutes. I served it with lemon pepper rice, but I could see this doing well on a salad, in a wrap or even in some creative pasta dish! My fiance won't stop raving about it. Even if someone thinks they may not like an ingredient, when put together, none are overwhelming. Just spicy, sweet deliciousness!
