- 8 scoops Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (200g/400ml)
- 50 grams dried figs (chopped)
- 25 mL brandy
- 25 grams flaked almonds (toasted)
- 100 mL whipping cream (whipped)
- 1 Tbsp. flaked almonds (toasted)

Directions
- Mix the chopped figs and brandy in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Mix the figs and brandy into the Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream
- Fold in the flaked almonds and whipped cream.
