- 2 oz. pork (minced lean, or any meat you like, I used left over sausages)
- 2 bean thread noodles (bundles of, /vermicelli noodles, soak in cold water to let it soften and then cut into shorter pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. spring onion (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- salt (to season)
- 1 cup water
- 1 dash sesame oil
