I sort of combined this recipe with this one: https://theskinnyfork.com/blog/skinny-blt-soup (added carrots, garlic, an extra 14 oz of tomatoes to use the whole can (28 oz altogether, basil, oregano) I didn't have flour or tomato paste so I left it out and I used milk and greek yogurt instead of half and half and creme fraiche. The result was a bit darker than in the pictures - probably because I used quite a bit of lettuce - but it was very tasty with a challah bread cheese sandwich :)
