This is my new favorite thing!! I made it exactly as written. Its a time consuming endeavor, but that was okay with me. I just drank wine and enjoyed the process. The crust was so rich, flaky, buttery. Salting the tomatos meant that they didnt cause the crust to be soggy. Even as leftovers the next day the crust was crisp after toasting in the toaster oven. Im making this again tonight and sharing with friends tomorrow.
