Easy, yummy and worth making again. I used pre-packaged Grilled Faijta chicken. I also added some cilantro.

It came out pretty good I thought. It was the first run by the recipe. But I liked it just fine. I used turkey instead of chicken.

This was a perfect warm summer dinner that was a perfect bite of bacon, tomatoes from the garden and romaine with some rotisserie chicken cubed.
