- 1 packet black bean (or Edamame Spaghetti, ExploreAsian, or Homemade Courgetti)
- 6 tomatoes (Medium-Large)
- 15 small tomatoes
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 2 handfuls spinach leaves (or kale, chopped)
- 1 large garlic clove (chopped or crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. oregano (Dried Mixed Herbs -, Sage and Thyme work well)
- 1/2 cauliflower (Large, you can also use quinoa instead which makes a delicious high protein vegetarian ragu with the same texture and consistency)
