This tastes great! I did add a little extra garlic and some spices, and threw in the celery leaves. I always use cream. Have made this a number of times and will continue to make it!

Delicious! I didn't have cream so I used a dollop of sour cream instead, along with 2% milk. It turned out great.

Really good! I followed the recipe, and used an immersion blender to create the creamy soup I was looking for. I didn’t add the sugar because the celery was very fresh and plenty sweet to begin with. I’m making it again today for lunch on this first rainy day of 2021..it will be perfect with a crunchy sourdough loaf!

Hi. I really like the soup. However, because I needed to use ingredients that I had here, I added a couple of baby carrots, used coconut sugar and a small red onion and, for salt, used Himalayan pink salt. Next time that I make it, I’ll follow the original recipe.

This was excellent and easy to make. We ate it for dinner one night and was able to use the leftovers in the instant pot to make tuna noodle casserole. Will definitely make again.

Followed the recipe, used milk only (no half and half), and it was still rich and creamy. I will definitely make again.

This was much better than I expected! I looked up recipes for celery because I needed to make something before it went bad. This was VERY good and I'll be making this again. I did not deviate and followed recipe. Excellent!

This quick recipe is really good. I learned you could substitute evaporated milk for cream (because I didn’t have any cream) and it worked out well. I also used an immersion blender so it was smooth, not chunky, and added sautéed mushrooms at the end. My husband loved it!

Super great soup. When I heard “cream of celery” I was not expecting it to taste so good I needed to use up celery and my boyfriend loved the soup.

Very good recipe. I ended up with an extra bunch of celery and didn’t know what to do with it. Tried this and was not disappointed! Served with croutons.
