- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (plus more for the baking sheet)
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 cups green cabbage (shredded)

- 1 apple (peeled and shredded, I use my mandoline)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or white)
- 3 Tbsp. mayo (vegan or regular)
