- 1 apple (peeled and shredded, I use my mandoline)

- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or white)
- 3 Tbsp. mayo (vegan or regular)

Delicious! I have been searching more vegetarian dishes with tofu and this is amazing.
